We offer a broad range of services tailored to people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, autism, and their families. These include (but are not limited to) residential programs, performing arts, sex and relationship education, recreation and enrichment activities, behavioral supports and medical care. We also provide support and resources for families so that they can be the best advocates for their family members.

Pathlight Programs

Adult Family Care

A Medicaid/MassHealth funded program, Adult Family Care pays family and non-family caregivers for their care of eligible adults with physical, cognitive, or medical disabilities. AFC is a residential option for individuals who cannot safely live alone, but don’t require the level of support that is typical of group residences.s.

Autism Connections

Autism Connections is the Autism Resource Center for western Massachusetts, serving Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire counties as well as the North Quabbin area. We connect parents to each other and to helpful professionals and schools with expert advice, and the community with autism awareness.

Down Syndrome Resource Group of Western Massachusetts

The Down Syndrome Resource Group of Western Massachusetts was started in September 1999 by parents who had a common interest in sharing information and resources in caring for their children.

Whole Children and Milestones

Whole Children and Milestones offer afternoon and Saturday programs and classes for people of all abilities. The goal of our social and recreational programs is to meet each individual at their skill level in the most appropriate environment. Whole Children is our program for kids and teens from ages 3-18. Milestones Recreational is an extension of our Whole Children program for adults 18 and up.

Milestones Day

Funded by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), the Milestones Day program supports individuals 18 and older with developmental and intellectual disabilities during the day, Monday through Friday. The goal of our program is to help each individual with the skills they need to transition to a meaningful and engaged life in the community and to keep them active and learning after they’ve left school.
