DIGITAL MEDIA INTERNSHIP AT PATHLIGHT

Since 1952, Pathlight has endeavored to provide exceptional services to people with disabilities and their families in western Massachusetts. In partnership, we design high quality, innovative, and person-centered supports for those we serve within our community. With a number of burgeoning residential, employment support, family support and recreation programs – we have a lot of stories to tell.

INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a film, video or communications student who is interested in developing video content for web, social media and the occasional organization-wide event. Our video content varies just as our programs and services do-covering stories from our residences to our recreational programs. This intern will be an important part of the Pathlight communications team, and will help us tell these stories at a pace that we haven't been able to before. There are limitless opportunities for great story telling here and the intern will have the freedom to create their own videos in consultation with the rest of the team.

INTERN QUALIFICATIONS:

We'd like someone who is confident and knowledgeable in filmmaking and video production. Familiarity with people with disabilities is preferred but not required. We'd like someone willing to assist with filming events, interviews and recreational programs using Canon T5i DSLRs and various audio equipment.
